  1. Wash and cook basmati rice with enough water, drain and keep aside.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and put cardamom, cloves and cinnamon.
  3. Add sugar and 1/2 cup of water, make sugar syrup from it.
  4. Add cooked rice along with half of cashews and almonds, mix well and cook covered for 5 minutes.
  5. Cook till rice properly mixed with sugar syrup and it becomes dry.
  6. Now add khoya, pistachios, raisins and coconut slices.
  7. Mix all well and switch off the heat.
  8. Garnish with remaining nuts, cherries, tutti frutti, petha, khoya and mini rasgulle.
