- After 3hrs grind the rice into fine batter, now add one boiled and mashed potato and grind it to a thick batter
- Take a mixing bowl and transfer the batter into the bowl, add some water in the jar and add it to bowl
- Whisk and check the consistency (dosa batter consistency) and add chilli flakes
- Now add ginger, pepper powder, cumin seeds, chiili and curry leaves
- Add grated carrots, capsicum and onion
- Add tomatoes, cabbage and Coriander
- Mix all the ingredients together, take a tawa
- Add 2tsp of oil and pour 2 ladel full of batter on hot oil and spread it uniformly
- Once it's cooked one side flip and cook on the other for 2 mins.. repeat the process with the leftover batter..and your delicious veggie pancake is ready
- Serve hot with any chutney of your choice.. enjoy!!
