  6. 6 .nutmug powder half tsp
  7. 7 .cardaman 5 to 6 nos(powder)
  8. 8 .cashew nut 6 nos
  9. 9 .dry grapes 6nos
  10. 10 .desi ghee 3 tsp
  11. 11 .coconut grated quarter cup

Steps to make to make Black rice pudding

  1. First previous day soak your black rice for 5to 6hours with white peral millet.
  2. Next step do not throw the water it is very important the water contained all the minerals and vitamins and prevent cancer also..
  3. Take the water separately and measured the water you should add three glass of water for cooking suppose if you are shortage of soaking water already you are having add some more.
  4. Take a cooker pour all the materials with the soaking water and whistle for 8to 9whistle
