  4. 1 cup sugar
  5. 3 piece Cardamon
  6. 10-12 piece Almonds
  7. 10-12 piece pistachio

Instructions to make to make Phirni

  1. Cook rice in water until it become mashy strain water and then blend it very well with half cup milk.
    grind half quantity of all nuts with cardamons and zafran very well
  2. Take a pot and put in milk boil it and then leave it to cook on low flame.
  3. Add in the blended rice and grinded mixture and cook in a low flame for atleast 1 hrs with continous stirring so no lumps formed.
  4. When mixture start thickening add in sugar u can balance the sweetness as per ur taste. cook in low flame with generous stirring time to time.
  5. Cook until colour change and thickness appear.
    garnish with crushed nuts and
    serve it chilled in traditional matti ki pyalian.....
