- Beetroot Halwa:-
- On a medium flame, cook the beetroot for 5-6 min. So that the beetroot is slightly cooked and become soft.
- Now add milk,bring the whole mixture to a boil and then simmer.Keep on stirring at intervals.
- The grated beetroots will cook in the milk and the milk will start to reduce and evaporate.
- When the milk has 75% to 80% reduced, add rest of ghee, sugar and milkmaid to the halwa mixture.
